Good evening everybody! Happy Sunday, I hope you all had a good weekend!
For those of you who are back at university this week, I wish you all the best and I can’t wait to see how broken you all look after freshers :)

Everyday is a good day but some are better than others
If you are like me (you are because we’re all human), you will have great days and you will have ‘off’ days.
Sometimes, a couple of things go wrong in your day and this spirals into everything feeling wrong too.
This tool is for the days when you feel like the world is against you, as well as the days when everything is going your way.
The second focus
Yesterday, I wrote about the power of positive self talk and how you can use your thoughts to give you greater peace of mind.
That was the first takeaway I was given from my mindset mentor.
If you couple this with the second tip I am going to give you, your results and outlook on life will improve even more significantly (if you are consistent and apply it).
He second tip me gave me was to start keeping track and recording my daily ‘wins’.
At first, I was slightly confused as to what counts as a ‘win’ because it’s a pretty broad idea to get your head around.
That’s the beauty of it
A win can be anything, literally anything and all of our wins are personal to our individual circumstances.
Sometimes, we can be tough on ourselves and lose sight of our daily wins, as we are so caught up in everything else.
What you’ll find is that you can flip any situation into a win and when you start to stack all these wins every day, it becomes impossible for you to have a bad day!
Think about it.
If you went to work, even if you don’t enjoy your job you still made money today.
If you are at uni and you went to a lecture, you have more knowledge than you did when you woke you.
If you had a ‘meh’ workout, you still went to the gym and did something.
Excluding exceptional circumstances, there is a positive takeaway in every situation.
How can you start doing this?
Personally, I have a planner than I use exclusively to write down my wins in. I think writing with a pen and paper is so much more therapeutic than writing it on a note document.
Everyday, in the evening usually, I will sit and reflect on everything I have done in the day and how it was a ‘win’. If I have achieved something that I am really proud of, I will write ‘BIG W’ in big letters next to it.
The power of wins compounded over time
If everyday becomes a winning day → every week becomes a winning week → when every week becomes a winning week, every month becomes a winning month → when every month becomes a winning month… you get the gist!
At the end of the day, life is short and everyday is precious. So, start winning every single day and this will become a powerful driver in you living the life you want.
Start to win the game of life!
By the way guys, if you enjoy reading my posts, feel free to share it with anyone who you think would enjoy too!
