I think all of us (at least the people on this list) are at a time in our lives when we have a lot of things to think about.
You might be a uni student going through exam season.
A busy entrepreneur with a carousel of tasks coming your way,
Or working a job that takes up most of your time.
Trying to fit everything into the short 24 hours we have can be hard.
You need to work, you want to exercise, see friends, spend time with your partner or anything else that applies to you.
Constantly faced with a big list of things you have to do / want to do.
This weekend, I started to feel kinda overwhelmed with workload.
So much so that I felt myself developing negative emotions towards the work.
You can use all of the productivity tips and tricks in the world but I think sometimes you have to switch the frame a bit.
A conclusion I came to this weekend is that feeling overwhelmed and having a lot on your plate is actually a gift.
You GET to do these things.
If you have exams on, GOOD!
You've earned the right to take those exams,
If you have loads of work on, GOOD!
It would be a lot worse if you were unemployed.
You can apply this switch of frame to almost anything when you feel overwhelmed because the likelihood is that you would be far less happy if none of these things weren't happening!
Often, the things we complain about are things we have created ourselves on purpose.
So if you created them for the right reasons, remember that this was a choice and that it's something you get to do.

Lessons From This Week
Having Something To Work Towards Is Key
I finished my Project Kaizen on Tuesday and now I don't have that challenge waiting for me every day, I feel slightly lost going forward content-wise. I'm going to need something else to move me forward instead.
Without Consistency, There Is Nothing
What makes things hard isn't complexity, it's consistency. As boring as it is, you just have to keep doing it before you get anything back. - Alex Hormozi
You Can Always Choose To Ignore
Remember that you don't always have to have an opinion about everything. Spend more time doing the things that matter to you, rather than using up your mental real estate on pointless shit :)
