Study The Unc's

Uncle Sam Ovens built a business that made him tens of millions of dollars a year.

THE OG KING OF INFO!

And almost all of it came from one single sales presentation - THE WEBINAR!

So I sat down and pulled the whole thing apart on YouTube this week because I love studying the greats.

Why it worked. And what you can lift from it for your own business today, even though he first ran it 5 years ago.

But I want to give you the single most important takeaway right here, right now.

The real sale happens before you make the offer.

If you started a webinar like Sam's and skipped straight to the pitch...

...even if the programme was amazing, the bonuses were amazing, the price was a no-brainer and the guarantee had perfect risk reversal...

...that still wouldn't be the thing that got people over the line.

Because by the time you reach the offer, the viewer has to have already made three decisions in their own head:

  • That your mechanism (in Sam's case, consulting) is the path to what they want.
  • That you are the person to get it from.
  • That someone in a situation just like theirs has actually used it to get the result.

If one of those is missing, it doesn't matter how good your offer is. Nothing rescues the webinar.

People buy the idea before they buy the offer.

Which is exactly why 2 hours of Sam's presentation is intro and training...

...and only about 20 minutes of it is the actual offer.

But every single section in those 2 hours is engineered to move the viewer one step closer to the thing he sells at the end.

In the full breakdown, I go through how he does it, piece by piece:

  • How he sets the frame and gives people a real reason to stay, instead of hiding that he's going to sell something.
  • The "two paths" he runs through the whole thing, and why he states the facts rather than attacking the viewer.
  • How he tells his own story as third party pain, so the viewer sees themselves inside it.
  • The two types of social proof he spreads throughout, and why you need both.
  • How he sells consulting as the vehicle without ever handing over a to-do list.
  • The "two choices close" he uses to slide straight into the offer.

It's the same framework we use to write every webinar at Webinar Wizards.

The same one I used on the first webinar I ever wrote, aged 20, in my mum's bedroom, that did £138,000...

...and the same one I used on the webinar I wrote this week.
